1 What can I expect from a coaching session with you?
You tell me briefly what is happening for you right now, what you would like to change in your life. And then we will go on a journey into your inner self together. I only ask you questions, "clean" questions that do not contain any intention, judgment or evaluation. This makes it much easier for you to open up to yourself and find your own answers. I usually don't give you advice or make suggestions. Unless, of course, you explicitly ask for it at the end of the session. But I totally trust that you are the real expert for yourself and therefore already have everything you need within you.

To ensure that you leave each session with a good feeling, I pay special attention to strengthening your resources. Problems and obstacles are perceived and integrated, but not analyzed or treated.

2 What does a typical session look like?
Once you share with me the topic that you want to examine and ideally solve for yourself, I ask you the questions that gently guide you into your inner world. You simply answer whatever comes up for you at that moment. There is no right or wrong. Also, an "I don't know" is perfectly OK. Very often, we arrive at inner pictures (metaphors). They are very welcome and especially powerful in this work.
Sometimes, a session (or parts of it) can feel trance-like. This is because you don't gather the information from your thinking mind, but from your body, or somewhere else.
Very often, the first session already brings new insights and noticeable change on a deep level. This change automatically has ripple effects on your reality.

3 Is gentle coaching not too weak for me to overcome my resistance?
Gentle is not weak. Quite the opposite is true.
In my sessions, I see again and again how a new way of being can show itself only because of this extremely sensitive approach. From the outside, it sometimes seems as if nothing is happening in these moments. For a short while things go completely quiet. But for you as the client, a lot is happening: an inner knot is opening, you take the first steps in a new direction, you reconcile with an unloved part of yourself, you build (or find) the bridge across a ravine and finally arrive at the other side...
An internal process like this takes a little time without interference from outside. At the same time, I hold a safe space for you where this change can take place right here and now. I know nothing more powerful.
4 Do you also coach people with trauma?
Yes. I work trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive. This means that we can work together on your topic without reactivating any trauma.
5 How does online coaching via Zoom work?
It is very simple. All you need is a computer, laptop or tablet with a camera and a stable internet connection. A smartphone works too, but it's a lot easier on a larger screen.
At our arranged time, you find a cosy place for yourself where you are completely undisturbed for at least one hour. It's also best to reserve some extra time after the session, so that you can integrate the work without time pressure.
In due time, before our meeting, I will send you a link that leads you directly into our private Zoom room. You can enter via your web browser, or you can download the Zoom app onto your device. It is your choice, both are very easy to use.
6 How many sessions will I need before I notice some change?
It frequently happens that the client needs just one session to find a solution that is both tangible and effective. This tends to occur when the issue is very present and there is that one seemingly insoluble/invisible knot to untangle.
Often, it takes more sessions, 3 to 5 maybe, in order to give your system the necessary time to integrate single steps.
And sometimes, clients want me to accompany them over a longer period of time.
I promise you one thing, though: we start immediately in the first session with focussed work and you will already experience noticeable change.
